Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
