Job Description

We are looking for confident and result-driven Field Sales Executives to sell motorcycle shoe/gear

protection products directly to customers. This is a complete outdoor field role requiring daily

customer interaction and target-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground sales activities in assigned areas

• Identify potential customers and demonstrate the product

• Explain product benefits clearly and close sales

• Maintain basic daily sales reporting

• Represent the company professionally in the field

Salary & Incentive Structure

• Fixed Salary: ■10,000 per month

• Commission: ■20 per piece sold

• Daily Sales Target: 20 pieces (mandatory)

Work Location

Outdoor field locations such as colleges, markets, and high two-wheeler traffic

areas or high footfall areas.

Rules & Discipline

• Daily field attendance is compulsory

• Targets must be followed strictly

• No fake sales reporting or misbehavior

• Indiscipline or non-performance may lead to termination

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable with outdoor, field-based work

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Mentally strong to handle rejection

• Immediate joining preferred
