BMS Sales Manager / Sales Executive – North India (Delhi Region)
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of BMS and Building Automation solutions across Delhi NCR and North India.
Manage relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, and key clients.
Generate project specifications and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
Requirements
Graduate in Engineering or related field.
3–4+ years of experience in BMS, Building Automation, HVAC, ELV, or related solution sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience handling consultants, system integrators, and project sales.
Location: Delhi NCR
Travel: North India
