Sales Executive
Location: New Chandigarh

Reports to: Sales Head / Owner
Role Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for calling leads, booking trials, and converting prospects into paid members. The role requires clarity in communication, consistency in follow-ups, and the ability to explain a non-traditional, premium fitness concept to customers who may be unfamiliar with it.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling
Call new leads within 5–10 minutes of lead generation
Make up to 3 call attempts per lead (same day + next day)
Explain location clearly (New Chandigarh) before pitching
Update every call outcome accurately in CRM
Sales & Conversion
Clearly explain why this is not a traditional gym
Book trial sessions and ensure attendance
Follow up after trials and close memberships
Handle objections related to location, price, timing, and comparison with city gyms
Customer Coordination
Coordinate with front desk/trainers for trial scheduling
Ensure trial visitors are welcomed and guided properly
Follow up with “trial no-shows” and reschedule if possible
Daily Reporting
Maintain daily call & follow-up logs
Share end-of-day summary:
Calls made
Trials booked
Conversions
Key objections faced
Targets & KPIs
Calls per day: 80–120
Trial bookings: Daily target
Trial-to-paid conversion %
Monthly revenue target
Follow-up discipline (zero missed follow-ups)
Required Skills
Strong spoken Hindi (Punjabi a plus)
Basic English understanding
Confidence in explaining premium concepts
Ability to handle rejection calmly
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling apps, and CRM/Google Sheets
Preferred Candidate
Experience in gym, fitness, clinic, real estate, or service sales preferred
Freshers with confidence and hunger welcome
Must be comfortable convincing customers to travel to New Chandigarh
