About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Coliving Sales Executive to drive occupancy and revenue growth for our coliving properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, property visits, client engagement, sales conversions, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective residents throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
Build relationships with corporates, educational institutions, relocation partners, and local communities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with inquiries and convert prospects into residents.
Property Visits & Client Engagement
Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective residents.
Explain accommodation plans, amenities, pricing, and policies.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable housing options.
Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Sales & Deal Closure
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with prospective residents.
Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing residents.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and renewals.
Reporting & Documentation
Update CRM and sales records accurately.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead status, conversions, and occupancy metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, Co-living, Student Housing, or related sectors.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
