JOB DISCRIPTION: International Sales Executive US Process

Location: Noida sector 16

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)

Experience: 0- 3 Years

ABOUT

We are hiring confident and energetic International Sales Executives to handle sales for the US Market. The role involves communicating with international customers, understanding their requirements, and converting them into customers through calls and chats.

Candidates must have strong English communication skills and a sales mindset.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle outbound & inbound calls with US customers

• Explain services and pricing plans to customers

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Handle objections professionally and close deals

• Follow up with interested customers via calls & messages

• Maintain records in CRM / Excel sheets

• Coordinate with backend team for order processing

• Upsell & cross-sell services to existing customers

• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Timing)

• Freshers with good communication can apply

• Experience in International Sales / BPO / Tele-sales is a plus

• Confident and target-oriented personality

• Good convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, Browsing)

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

• Immediate joiners preferred
