Job Description
We are looking for a Female Sales Coordinator who can handle and coordinate with our existing customers through Phone and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat orders
Take orders through Phone and WhatsApp
Maintain customer order and follow-up details in Excel/Google Sheet/CRM
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations team for smooth order processing
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Note: This is an office-based job. There is no field sales and no new customer acquisition. The main focus is on existing customer follow-up and repeat orders.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate with 2–3 years of experience
Good communication skills
Gujarati & Hindi compulsory
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in customer coordination, sales coordination or follow-up will be preferred
Should be organized and responsible
