Position: Customer Support Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
About The Role:- We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help our customers with their Tally software queries. You will guide customers, solve their day-to-day issues, and provide quick and helpful support. If you have good Tally knowledge and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, email and remote support.
Provide Tally software support and solve customer issues.
Understand customer needs and provide the right guidance.
Coordinate with the team to resolve complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Ability to Convert the support call in relationships call to up sales the value added services
Required Skills
Experience in the software/IT industry preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally software and basic accounting.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work well independently and in a team.
