Qualification
Graduate in Commerce / Management / Any relevant field.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS Reporting, or Commercial Operations.
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales operations through preparation of reports, inventory coordination, inquiry management, MIS reporting, customer coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & MIS Reporting
Prepare fortnightly and monthly sales reports.
Generate weekly and monthly contribution reports.
Prepare monthly production order reports.
Maintain and update various MIS reports as required by management.
Prepare purchase MIS reports including:
Product-wise GRPO with landed cost
PO-wise reports
Projection vs Actual Purchase reports
Inventory & Stock Coordination
Monitor stock and inventory management reports.
Maintain inventory dashboards and reports in Power BI on a fortnight basis.
Sales Coordination
Maintain inquiry register and customer records.
Coordinate monthly sales projections from Sales Representatives.
Support sales team in order tracking and coordination activities.
Documentation & Commercial Activities
Handle LC confirmation and LC lodging activities.
Submit invoices on vendor portals and coordinate hard copy submissions to customers.
Management Support
Prepare and share reports as required by Directors, HODs, and Managers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of sales coordination and commercial documentation.
