Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience that encourages repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for post-sales communication.

Customer Feedback & Support

• Collect regular feedback from clients regarding product quality, service, and overall experience.

• Address client concerns or issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.

Order Follow-ups & Repeat Business

• Conduct follow-ups with clients for repeat orders and maintain engagement with key accounts.

• Track client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of orders.

Internal Coordination

• Communicate customer concerns or product-related issues to relevant departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, or Sales.

• Work closely with internal teams to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution

• Monitor and resolve client complaints, product issues, or delivery concerns efficiently.

• Ensure clients are updated on the progress of their queries or requests.

CRM Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client communication, feedback, and order history in CRM systems or internal databases.

• Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, feedback trends, and follow-up status.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
