Sales Coordinator / Executive

A Royal Enfield Sales Executive drives showroom and field sales, manages customer relationships, and promotes motorcycles, apparel, and accessories. Typical compensation ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus performance incentives. The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for motorcycles, riding gear, and accessories.

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through walk-ins, test rides, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Product Expertise: Advise buyers on bike specifications, pricing, financing, and insurance options.

• Customer Service: Build relationships with riders to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Showroom Operations: Maintain display norms, assist with test rides, and handle inventory inquiries.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; a degree, diploma in automobile engineering, or ITI is often preferred.

• Experience: 0 to 5+ years in automotive sales or business development.

• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and a valid two-wheeler driving license.
