We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team at Colour Land Clothing LLP to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to garments. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Reach out to potential customers understand their requirements and present our product and service offering.

2. Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.

3. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.

4. Address any questions or issues customers may have. 

5. Keep an updated customer database and Client Records.

6. Always strive towards meeting sales target

7. Track and document calls and sales

8. Prepare and present Wkly / Monthly Reports

Qualification

 Any Graduate

Years of Experience

 2-8 Years

Age Group

 23 to 30 yrs

Required Skills

1. Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.    

2. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

3. Articulate, Positive and Confident.

4. Must be a good Facilitator, Resilient, Influencer.

5. Ability to connect with MSME Owners, Corporate clients and present CLC Solutions.

6. Experience of working in CRM Software.
