Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Prepare quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales orders
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order processing
Maintain and update customer database and sales records
Track sales orders, dispatch status, and payment follow-ups
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Prepare MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasts
Support sales team during client meetings, exhibitions, and events
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
