Job Title: Relationship Support Executive.

Employment Type: Full Time.

Work Mode: Work From Office.

Working Day's: Mon to Saturday.

Working Time: 9:30Am to 6:30 Pm.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Relationship Support Executive to join our NGO. The role involves telephonic communication with clients/donors, building strong relationships, and supporting our mission through effective outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients/donors

• Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and programs clearly

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

• Follow up with interested clients and donors

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client details

• Address queries and provide proper information over calls

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and engagement targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

• Ability to interact politely and confidently on calls

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call logs)

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

• Passion for social work and NGO activities is preferred
