We are looking for a Sales Executive / Property Consultant to join our team at Shree Karni Properties. The role requires candidates who can build strong customer relationships, follow up with leads, and maximize sales opportunities in the real estate sector. The candidate will identify potential buyers, guide them about available properties, and help in closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and property inquiries

• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements

• Conduct property presentations and site visits for customers

• Follow up with potential buyers and close deals

• Maintain and update the client database

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years experience in sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle clients and work in a sales environment

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives (depending on experience)
