👤 Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Relationship / Real Estate Sales

• Real Estate experience preferred / mandatory for experienced candidates

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real-estate projects

• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences

• Explain project details and investment opportunities

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

• Schedule and coordinate site visits

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers

• Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings

• Update customer and lead information in the CRM

• Achieve individual calling, site-visit and sales targets
