Job Summary:
A Real Estate Agent/Broker facilitates the buying, selling, and renting of residential,
commercial, and industrial properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and
sellers, negotiate contracts, and provide market insights to clients. The role requires
strong networking skills, market knowledge, and expertise in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Representation & Consultation
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences.
Educate clients about market trends, pricing, and legal procedures in real estate transactions.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and site visits.
Guide financing options, mortgages, and investment opportunities.
2. Property Listings & Marketing
List properties for sale or rent on various platforms, including real estate portals and social media.
Prepare professional listings, including high-quality photos, videos, and detailed descriptions.
Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Network with other real estate professionals to expand business opportunities.
3. Negotiation & Transactions
Negotiate terms and pricing between buyers and sellers to secure the best deal.
Draft, review, and explain contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.
Coordinate with mortgage lenders, property inspectors, and legal advisors for smooth transactions.
4. Market Research & AnalysisConduct market research to identify property trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
Analyze property values and conduct comparative market analysis (CMA).
Stay updated on zoning regulations, tax laws, and real estate industry changes.
5. Client Relationship Management
