Handles inbound and outbound calls with students and parents to promote hostel properties, manage leads through CRM, and ensure conversions through effective communication and objection handling.
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to convert hostel booking leads. • Explain property details, pricing, and facilities to parents and students. • Handle objections confidently and ensure smooth follow-ups. • Update and manage all leads and follow-ups in CRM accurately. • Coordinate with the property and accounts team for visit scheduling and payments.
3. Required Skills & Attributes • Strong communication and convincing skills. • Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi. • Basic CRM and computer knowledge. • Target-driven and disciplined work approach. • 6 months–2 years of experience in telesales preferred.
