Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee end-to-end process operations, ensuring strict adherence to contractual SLAs, internal KPIs, and targeted sales or revenue benchmarks.
Governance & Communication: Drive executive-level stakeholder communication and uphold robust client governance practices.
Risk & Continuous Improvement: Proactively implement risk mitigation strategies and spearhead continuous process improvement initiatives to boost overall delivery efficiency.
People Leadership: Drive high-impact performance management, mentoring assistant managers and team leaders to ensure operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience within the BPO/Operational Delivery ecosystem (with a strong background in large-scale team handling).
Skills: Deep expertise in SLA Management, Risk Mitigation, Client Governance, and Process Excellence.
