KYC Field Executive

Job Title: Field Executive (Male/Female)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Executives (Male/Female) who will be responsible for on-ground operations, client coordination, and business development activities. The role requires strong communication skills, field mobility, and the ability to build relationships with clients and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit client locations, construction sites, and business hubs for onboarding and coordination

2. Generate leads and support in client acquisition activities

3. Assist in onboarding workers/labour and ensuring proper documentation

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

5. Conduct field surveys and gather market intelligence

6. Ensure timely resolution of client and workforce issues

7. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, support) for smooth execution

8. Maintain daily activity reports and field visit records

9. Promote company services and increase brand awareness on-ground

Eligibility Criteria

1. Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

2. Experience: 2–3 years or Freshers can apply

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

6. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach

7. Ability to work independently and in a team

Working Details

1. Office Location: Noida (Field-based role)

2. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

3. Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

1. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

2. Benefits:

Additional Requirements

1. Candidate should be comfortable with field travel
