Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice experience

• International Customer Service experience is mandatory

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills

• Strong pronunciation, grammar, comprehension, and conversational ability

• Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven customer service environment

• Candidates must be comfortable working from Sector 62, Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for an international customer service process

• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and service requests

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries

• Maintain professional, courteous, and confident communication with customers

• Demonstrate strong listening and probing skills to identify customer requirements

• Resolve customer issues within defined process guidelines

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department whenever required

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow company policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and escalation matrix

• Consistently achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction parameters

• Maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction

• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an International Voice BPO and be comfortable communicating with international customers.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong verbal English communication

• Good listening and comprehension skills

• Customer-first approach

• Problem-solving ability

• Professional telephone etiquette

• Ability to handle difficult or challenging customer interactions

• Willingness to work from the office
