Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a US-based Hospitality process. The role involves handling international customer interactions, assisting users with reservations, bookings, account-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while meeting defined quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for the US Hospitality process
Assist customers with reservations, bookings, payments, cancellations, and general inquiries
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Communicate clearly and professionally with international customers
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Meet KPIs related to quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction
Follow all process guidelines, data security policies, and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates (Freshers) are eligible
Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of international BPO experience
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Salary Structure (In-Hand)
Freshers: INR 27,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: INR 32,000 per month
Incentives and Bonuses
Performance Incentives: Up to INR 9,000 per month
Annual Performance Bonus: USD 150
Attendance Bonus: INR 2,500
Assessment Criteria
Candidates must meet the following benchmarks:
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90 percent
AMCAT Threshold Score: 65
