We are hiring Process Executives for a leading US Banking process. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and email channels, addressing banking-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in rotational shifts.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (US Banking process)
Resolve customer queries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
Respond to email queries with accurate and professional communication
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance
Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality benchmarks
🔹 Compensation & Incentives
Freshers:
Up to ₹30,000 CTC
₹26,000 In-hand
Experienced Candidates:
Up to ₹45,000 CTC
₹42,000 In-hand
₹8,000 Performance-Based Incentives
Salary hike will be provided based on last drawn in-hand salary.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Graduate Freshers are eligible
Undergraduates must have minimum 6+ months of experience in US/UK Banking or International Customer Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
