About the Role

We are hiring Domestic Voice Process Executives to join our customer support team. This role involves handling calls from domestic clients, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service. Freshers are welcome – training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from domestic clients.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.

• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good English communication skills (must). Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools.

• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

• Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
