Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Achieve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication in English + Hindi (average English will not be considered)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support is Mandatory ( NBFC , Banking , Fintech )
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
