International Voice Process

We are looking for a International Voice Process to join our team at Abc First. The role offers ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Join us for a great work environment with various opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome (as per company policy).

• Prior experience in an international voice process or customer support role is preferred . Freshers with excellent verbal communication also welcome to apply for the role.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English(other regional languages)

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome (as per company policy).

• Prior experience in a domestic voice process or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Details:

• Day shift.

• 6-day working week (as per company policy).

• Weekly offs as per the roster.
