Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Support Associates to provide high-quality support to customers through calls, emails, and chats. The role involves resolving customer queries, assisting users with self-service portals, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while adhering to defined service standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats
Log and update customer cases accurately in the support system
Assist users with account-related queries and application processes
Provide navigation support on self-service portals
Perform customer verification as per company policies
Make outbound calls when required
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while meeting SLA targets
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality
Keep process documentation and knowledge repositories updated
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
Adhere to organizational policies and operational procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to handle calls, emails, and chat support efficiently
Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
Nice-to-Have Skills
International BPO or Customer Support experience
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools)
Exposure to ERP systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience handling recruitment support or candidate support processes
Understanding of customer service metrics and SLA-driven environments

Compensation
Freshers: Up to ₹28,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹56,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance)
