About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as US Voice Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls with US customers
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM tools
Follow quality standards and process guidelines
Escalate complex customer concerns when required
