We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to join our team SBC Exports Ltd. to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely and professional support.
Respond to customer calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
Prepare customer service reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and Minimum 1 Year.
