Job Summary:
Design Plus Ind is a fast-growing Print & Tech company serving USA-based clients with customized printing and digital solutions. We are looking for customer-focused professionals to handle international clients, manage orders, and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with USA clients
Assist customers with print orders, design queries, and tech-related support
Provide accurate product and service information
Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams
Resolve customer issues and provide timely updates
Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in international (US) process preferred
Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
Willingness to learn printing & tech services (training provided)
Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
