Job Title: International Voice/ Chat Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice/ Chat Process at our Mohali location. This role involves handling customer queries via voice and chat for international clients (US process) and delivering exceptional customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Excellent written English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge & typing speed
12th Pass out or Graduate both are welcome
Willing to work in rotational / night shifts
