International Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (MMS English – Media Market Saturn Work)

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive for the Media Market Saturn process. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced e-commerce support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice support

• Resolve customer queries related to e-commerce products, orders, and services

• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times

• Document interactions and follow up on pending issues

• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Customer Support (preferably in e-commerce)

• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (C1 level fluency required)

Assessment & Selection Process:

• HR Round & Operations Round

• Versant Assessment (C1 US Voice)

Salary:

• Up to ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days working

• Rotational shifts and weekly offs

• Cabs provided:

  • 180• Number Of Night Shifts For Males & One Sided Cabs For Females In Odd Hours

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
