Job Description – International Customer Support Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills preferred.
Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,100 per month
