International Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while handling customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

• Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.

• Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (All Semester DMCs Required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
