Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and professional individuals to join our team as BPO Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through inbound and/or outbound calls.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update information in the company's database.
Follow established processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
