Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally in an international voice process.
Understand and resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts.
Maintain appropriate call quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/system applications.
Follow company policies, processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet defined KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, quality score, attendance, and productivity.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Clear pronunciation and neutral/international accent preferred.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Previous BPO/International Voice experience is preferred, but freshers may also be considered depending on the process.
Education
Any graduate/12th pass, depending on process requirements.
Experience
Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant customer-service/BPO experience.
