Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with at least 6 months of experience in an International BPO. The candidate must have fluent English communication skills and the ability to handle international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Update customer information and maintain proper records in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Required Skills:
Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts (if applicable).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
