We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at Fairy Business Services to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the day shift.

📍 Location: Kasarvadavli – Thane

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products to customers.

• Acquire new customers for various banking products.

• Generate leads and achieve sales objectives.

🕒 Shift Timing:

• Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break

📅 Week Off Pattern:

• 2nd & 4th Week: Saturday & Sunday Off (Process Dependent)

• 1st & 3rd Week: Sunday Fixed Off

• Bank Holidays Applicable

• Some Saturdays may be working based on business requirements.

💰 Salary Details:

🔹 Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand

🔹 BPO Experience (1–5 Years): ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 In-Hand

🔹 Banking Sales Experience (1–5 Years): ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 In-Hand

🔹 Insurance Experience (1–5 Years): Up to ₹35,000 In-Hand

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Graduate Freshers Can Apply

✔️ Graduate Experienced Candidates Can Apply

✔️ Good Communication Skills Required

✔️ Banking, Sales, Collections, Insurance & BFSI Experience Preferred

🎂 Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
