Handle and respond to inbound leads from IndiaMART on a daily basis.
Maintain and update accurate records in Excel sheets and CRM Software.
Manage customer data and track interactions using CRM software.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead assignment and closure.
Ensure proper data entry, lead tracking, and reporting.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely responses.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions.
