Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice & Voice Process) | Chandigarh | Night Shifts | International Process

📍 Job Location: Chandigarh IT Park

🎓 Eligibility: Graduates (Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome)

💰 Salary & Incentives

INR 23,100 Gross Salary - INR1250 for Cab Deduction = 21,000 to 22,000 Approx..

+ Up to ₹7,000 Monthly Performance Bonus

+ Unlimited Monthly Upselling Incentives (Approx. - 12,000 to 14,000, you can make minimum apart from salary based on your potential)

You will be easily be able to make between 30,000-35,000 Inhand (Including Basic salary & Incentives)

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle CHAT, Email, inbound and outbound calls for international (US) customers.

• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting related to telecom services, including Internet, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Home Security.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

⏰ Shift Details

  • Any 5 Days Working (Rotational Week Offs)

  • Rotational Night Shifts, For Example, any shift starting between 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM(midnight).

  • Shift is of 9 Hours including 1 hour break.
