💰 Salary: Up to ₹2.8 LPA CTC + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate, confident, and result-oriented Health Counselors to join our Cancer & Parkinson Department. The role involves counseling patients and their families, understanding their health concerns, explaining Ayurvedic wellness programs, and helping them choose suitable treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Cancer and Parkinson patients over phone calls.

• Understand patient health concerns and provide appropriate guidance.

• Explain treatment plans and Ayurvedic health kits.

• Conduct follow-ups with patients and maintain records in CRM.

• Build strong relationships with patients and their families.

• Achieve monthly counseling and sales targets.

• Ensure a positive and empathetic patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in Health Counseling, Patient Counseling, Medical Counseling, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Wellness Counseling.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Pharma, Hospital, Wellness, Oncology, or Neurology will be preferred.
