We are looking for a Field Boy to join our team at Pc Mantra Infosystem Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Real Estate. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and submit documents such as agreements, forms, and client-related paperwork.
Handle cheque collection and deposit/withdrawal from banks as per company requirements.
Visit client locations, project sites, and government offices when required.
Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of important documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for document dispatch and collection tasks.
Receive documents from clients and ensure proper submission to the concerned department.
Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients.
Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
Assist in general office support tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
