Role Responsibilities:
Software implementation support
Online training sessions for customers
Handling basic customer support queries
Working with provided help documents and demo tools
Training Details:
Online training sessions will be provided
Training is based on candidate capability and learning progress
Mandatory Requirements:
Good communication skills (English – speaking & understanding)
Mic with speaker/headset for online sessions
Proper Wi-Fi / stable internet connection
Android mobile phone
Laptop or Desktop
Willingness to learn and support customers
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Basic knowledge of accounting, POS, or ERP
Interest in software implementation & customer support
