We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for an International Travel Process in Sector 62, Noida. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience

• Candidates with experience in International Chat or Voice processes can apply

• Prior experience in Travel, Airline, Hospitality, OTA, or Customer Service will be an advantage

• Excellent written English communication is required

• Good understanding of customer service principles

• Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously

• Strong typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills

• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Sector 62, Noida office

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through live chat for an international travel process

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and resolutions

• Assist customers with travel-related queries and service requests

• Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the interaction

• Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining response quality and accuracy

• Follow defined process guidelines, SOPs, and escalation procedures

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution

• Maintain required productivity, quality, and response-time parameters

• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information

• Escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are customer-focused, confident in English communication, and capable of working in a fast-paced international customer service environment.

Candidates with previous experience in International BPO, Travel Process, Airline Support, OTA, Chat Support, or International Customer Service will be preferred.
