Customer Support & Upselling — Job Duties
o Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
o Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions.
o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
o Upsell upgraded plans, additional products, or premium services.
o Cross-sell relevant products based on customer requirements.
o Explain product features, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.
o Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
o Meet customer service, sales, and upselling targets.
o Handle objections professionally and convert potential customers into sales.
o Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
o Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
o Follow company policies, quality standards, and data-privacy procedures.
