Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through calls or other communication channels.
Maintain clear and professional Hindi communication with customers.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
Follow company guidelines and maintain proper documentation of interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Language Requirement: Good Hindi communication skills (English not mandatory).
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule
Shift: Rotational shifts
Interview Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
