Customer Support Executive

We are looking for dedicated and energetic candidates for inbound customer support processes. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience over calls.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English and Malayalam and must be willing to work from the office in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• Escalate issues when required

• Follow company communication and service standards

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
