Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls from Airtel Black customers. The role involves understanding customer concerns, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand, analyze, and resolve customer queries and complaints.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Follow defined quality, process, and compliance standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Skills

Graduation is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil/Hindi.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented approach with good service skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

5 working days per week

2 rotational weekly offs

Rotational shifts

Night shift allowance applicable

Split shift allowance applicable

Salary

Take-Home Salary: ₹19,000 , ₹22,000 CTC per month
