Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance metrics
Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
