Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).

Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida Sector 63

Salary Package: Up to ₹18,300 CTC

In-hand Salary: ₹15,100

Fixed CTC: ₹15,700

Shift Allowance: ₹2,600

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to net banking via voice calls.
Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and transaction-related concerns.
Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

This role requires good communication skills, basic understanding of banking processes, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
